- Suffolk County Councillors – Recycle Metal Matters more must be done, Councillor Paul West head of speeding has said that 10 indicator devices and ANPR are to be installed and rotated around Suffolk. Cost of living Survey for help on website. Foster families are urgently needed. 14th November lots of rocks on the move on the roads for coastal erosion. Sunrise meeting about issues at the School to include all parties involved – still awaiting a date.
- East Suffolk Councillors - Not Present – Ease for Squeeze Event Friday 4th November.
- Patients Participation Group at Rosedale Surgery - Circulated
- IMPACT Detached Youth – Not present
- East Anglia Transport Museum – Temporary closure 2 days end of October due to insurers, open again in December.
- Allotments – Some people are struggling this is to be monitored. School is ongoing carving sessions on Pumpkins donated by Morrisons
- Carlton Colville Community Centre – report circulated
- Carlton Colville Community Kitchen and Wildlife Garden – End of October tree tidy up and wildlife pond finished. Damage to fruit tree but hopefully can be saved as root seems undamaged. Timetable of events to be drawn up for 2023
Public Participation
The purpose of the meeting is for Councillors to discuss Town Council Business. During each meeting the Council will allow a period of up to 15 minutes for public questions. During this time, residents can put questions to the Chairman regarding local concerns. Each question will be allocated 3 minutes. Where possible the Chairman will respond but matters may have to be deferred and placed on a later month’s agenda for discussion.
Member of public from St Peters Road opposite hospital with concerns about parking along the road. It was suggested that a meeting on site take place to look at the issues between Craig Rivett, Melanie Vigo DiGallidoro, Wayne Saunders and Town Council to be arranged.

Items for the Kings Coronation and Play equipment to be discussed at the next meeting and the Finance meeting in November for budget allocations.

Proposal: Retrospective one bedroom annex, consisting of a lounge, kitchenette, bedroom, ensuite and lobby. Built in the rear garden.

Recommendation: Approval condition about not renting out or sold as a separate unit.
