Resolved: It was resolved that these were a true and accurate record and were duly signed
- Talk by Stephen Hart – 2nd Carlton Colville Scout Group
Stephen gave a very informative and interesting talk which outlined the history of the group which was formed in 1962. They have recently purchased the old Methodist Church and are hoping to development this for use by other community groups.

Reports were received from St Peters Church, 2nd Carlton Colville Scout Group, Suffolk County Council and East Suffolk Councillors, IMPACT detached Youth, Carlton Colville Preschool, Carlton Colville Hospital, East Anglia Transport Museum, Carlton Colville Community Centre. The Chair and Councillors wish to express their thanks to all these groups for the positive messages and wish them all the success in the future. Reports available on the website.
